Cheese Grits


3 Cups Water, Boiling
Add 3/4 Cup Instant Grits. Cook gently until done.
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup and 4oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 TB Butter
1 Beaten Egg
Garlic Powder
2 Dogs Black Garlic Hot Sauce or 2 Dogs Give up the Ghost Hot Sauce to taste


Preheat oven to 350°
Cook grits first mix all together, bake for 30 minutes or until firm.
