Total Time 1 hour hr
- 16 oz Cranberries Frozen or Fresh
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 Orange
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 3 oz 2 Dogs Hot Sauce Michigan Cherry Habanero
Measure out all ingredients
Juice the orange, and either zest it or julienne the rind to be used. I prefer to use the rind, as it creates some nice color and texture.
Mix all ingredients in a medium sauce pan, and cook at a medium heat for 15-20 minutes (or until most of the cranberries have burst). The sauce will begin to thicken.
Let it cool to room temp, and serve! Or you can refrigerate, and serve up to 6 days later.
